Refunds & Returns

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions and non-returnable items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. However, for all other eligible items, we're committed to providing a smooth return experience.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
